What does the monthly fee cover?

Covered:
- One full-time specialist working up to 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week.
- Customer Service consultation
- Support Management 
- Holiday hours
- Dayshift or Nightshift 
- Equipment used by specialist to perform customer service
       (PC, external keyboard and mouse, 2nd monitor)
- All specialist administrative costs
 
Not covered:
- Overtime
- Helpdesk platform(s)
- Equipment not needed to perform customer service

How is overtime calculated?

Accepted Answer

Any hours worked by a specialist (under your strict permission) over 8 hours in a day or over 40 hours in a week, we will charge an additional $15.57/hour. 
 
How do we get this figure?
- 40 hour week X 52 weeks = 2,080 hour year
- 2,080 hour year / 12 months = 173.33 hour months
- $1,800 / 173.33 = $10.38/hour
- Over time is 1.5 hourly rate = $10.38 X 1.5 = $15.57

Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts based on volume, sorry for the disappointing news.
